Q: Can you provide service staff and bar staff?
We provide basic staff servicing for our food stations but we will outsource larger staffing to a 3rd party company specializing in catering staffing.
Q: Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes, we can provide menus to cater to your specific dietary needs.
Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
For basic tiers of catering, i.e. providing food in pans, there is a 20% delivery fee added to the base amount of your bill. For larger events, there will be fees that are pass through charges as an additional line item charge.
Q: How far do you travel
Our catering services are available for travel as long as your budget allows. We have done services out of the state as well as out of country.
Q: How do I pay and what are your payment terms?
All catering events requires a non refundable 50% deposit that will be deducted from the total bill after the event. Payment in cash or certified company check will be accepted. All Credit Card payments will be charged a 5% proccessing fee.
Q: What kind of food can you offer?
We can provide food of all various ethnicity but we mainly focus on different Asian Cuisine.
Q: Is there a minimum requirement on numbers?
There is no limit to the amount of guest for a catering, it is base more on the cost economics. A service event for 10 guests will have the same service charge as for 100 guests.
Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, there is an absolute date of no return policy. The date will be dependent on the size and complicity of your event and we will give you the deadline for cancellation once details are agreed upon by both parties.
Q: What is the latest I can place my order?
Last minute planning may not provide you with all your needs or staffing; as such, the general rule of thumb is the more time the better. All events requires times and preparations in order for a smooth and economic operation.
